Personality in Action

Personality in Action is a group game which allows different playful approaches to get to know and understand the 4 Behavioral Dimensions Dominant, Influencing, Steady and Cautious.

One set of Personality in Action includes the game manual and 57 playing cards. The latter ones are divided into cards for D, I, S and C, and cards describing different behavioral traits which are characteristic for one of the 4 Behavioral Dimensions.

D, I, S, and C Alarms

D, I, S and C Alarms is a group game which constitutes a great option to review the concept of the 4 Behavioral Dimensions and to deepen one’s knowledge regarding D, I, S, and C. It is fun and especially suitable for an “activity-unit” after a longer theoretical session.

One set of D, I, S and C Alarms includes the game manual, the solution card and 25 playing cards with statements typical for the 4 Behavioral Dimensions and various of their mixed forms. The aim of your participants is to determine which Behavioral Dimensions such a statement belongs to: D, I, S or C

Emotion Cards

Emotion Cards is a group game for your training and coaching sessions. Get creative and use the cards whenever they are needed.

Different images are printed on the cards. These images will help your participants to articulate certain things, or to become aware of these things in general. For sometimes a picture is worth 1000 words.

One set of the Emotion Cards includes the game manual and 50 cards with a great variety of images. 

Conflict Resolution as its Best

Conflict Resolution at its Best is a group game which allows your participants to recognize the early warning signals D, I, S, and C show before a conflict. They understand which motifs drive D, I, S and C when being in a conflict and which behavior they show during the individual conflict levels.

One set of Conflict Resolution at its Best includes the game manual, the solution card and 25 playing cards. The latter ones are divided into D, I, S and C cards, cards representing the different conflict levels, and cards that show how D, I, S and C behave during these different stages of conflict.Size of the cards: 6.5 in x 3.5 in

Sales Strategy in Action

Sales Strategy in Action is a group game for your sales seminars. Your participants get to know how to optimally utilize the D, I, S and C methodology when speaking with costumers. They learn how to recognize and serve the needs of the costumer during the different phases of the sales conversation. And they question and become more flexible during the conversation.

One set of Sales Strategy in Action includes the game manual, the solution card, and 36 playing cards. The latter ones are divided into D, I, S and C cards, cards representing the different steps of the sales process, and cards that show how D, I, S and C should be addressed during these different steps.

Coaching Cards - Intentions

Coaching Cards – Intentions supports you in your coaching sessions on how to manage change using the 4 Behavioral Dimensions D, I, S, and C. The game is based on a research study carried out with more than 1.200 people. It is a unique way to identify and discover the adjustments D, I, S and C need to do to increase their performance.

One set of Coaching Cards – Intentions includes the manual, a table depicting how people with a particular Behavioral Pattern prioritize intentions (the so-called “Calculated Standard”), and 10 cards with a certain intention on one side. On the other side, the Behavioral Dimensions which need to be increased or decreased to strengthen this intention are mentioned.

Coaching Cards - Personal Beliefs

Coaching Cards – Personal Beliefs allows your participants to recognize how strongly their believes determine their behavior and which of their beliefs lead to non-productive behavior. Subsequently, they are able to identify which beliefs and which associated Behavioral Dimension they should strengthen or weaken to avoid such non-productive behavior.

One set of Coaching Cards – Personal Beliefs includes the manual and 28 cards with a certain personal belief on one side. The backside depicts to what extent this belief corresponds to non-productive or productive behavior within one of the 4 Behavioral Dimensions.

persolog® Intendo Cards

The Intendo Cards are designed to assist us in orchestrating four personality factors: Dominant (D), Influencing (I), Steady (S), and Cautious (C). The need for orchestration occurs whenever changing conditions require actions that are not part of our habitual response pattern. The ability to orchestrate our personality enables us to bridge the gap between where we are and where we need to go.

This cards present, frame by frame, the intentions, beliefs, and emotions that make up a personality factor. The increase or decrease of a personality factor is accomplished by practicing the various frame for a designated time period.
