What initially appears very simple has a complex scientific background. Our models are based on over 40 years’ scientific research by Prof. Dr. Geier and his team. In addition, we place great value on every model regularly being statistically checked. The reliability and validity of the persolog Personality Factor Model with the behavioral dimensions D, I, S and C has for example been continuously monitored since 1994. As a provider of personality tests we perform separate representative studies in association with the University of Koblenz/Landau.

The latest results on the reliability and validity of the persolog Personality Factor Profile in Germany have now arrived. A tested, valid version of the profile is available for the first time.
