What are people like, what are we like? Fortunately, that cannot be so easily defined. There are many more people than suitable compartments. It is precisely this wealth of facets which makes people what they are and which fascinates us. Every individual has their strengths, potentials and limits. Getting to know these characteristics and assessing, developing and deploying them correctly is the common denominator of our learning concepts. There is never a one-sided focus on purely economic short-term goals.
